I recently had an interview with eccovia and unfortunately, I had a disappointing experience with the interviewers. Despite their assurance that I would hear back from them after around four business days, I never received any communication and was ultimately ghosted. It is disheartening to see numerous negative diversity reviews on their page, indicating a pattern of poor follow-up and communication. I strongly recommend that the interviewers at eccovia improve their processes to ensure timely and respectful communication with candidates. This will prevent future applicants from going through the same frustration and uncertainty.
