Entretien
Awful first impression and candidate experience. Whilst the process was handled in a timely manner my screening call was conducted by a Talent manager and it was the worst experience ever! 15 mins based on tick box questions, nothing in depth about my experiences just all about them and what they need. Once finished answering ‘thanks will be in touch, bye’ super caught off guard that I wasn’t asked if I had any question especially as it was someone at management level conducting a pre-screen. Can see why there first 2 pages of recent employee comment are all bad!
