De procedure bestaat uit drie gesprekken met toekomstige Head of desk (manager), managing director en een van de partners uit Lonodon. De eerste twee gesprekken vinden plaats op het kantoor in Amsterdam. Het gesprek met de een van de partners is via een Skype meeting.
