The interview was very basic, I was interned by the manager of the business development team. It was a casual conversation, the manager was very nice. He presented the company in a lot of details, and then asked question about my background, my motivation.

Began with standard interview questions but then quickly delved into the fact that they expect you to work overtime and put in as much effort as possible, as well as bringing up staff members who were let go for not working enough. Bit weird.
After this, it went into a short role play of a phone call, but the script they want you to follow doesn't match up incredibly well with the information provided. This needs a bit of streamlining.
Office was a little bit odd, there were no people of colour or women, only white men, but it was a small team.

First spoke to a recruiter, then Senior Sales members and then head of sales. It was relatively casual with no particularly difficult questions - they just wanted to see a desire to work in both fx and sales.
