Only got one word for Ebix - Pathetic. My worst interview experience in my career so far. The recruiter thinks he is the Prime minister and show cases himself as so busy person but actually he is just bluffing. I interviewed at Ebix on Feb 2020 and got selected. They offer me suppose x lpa and said offer would be shortly released. I went home happily. After 4 days of calling the recruiter ..he did not even bother to pick my call once ..he called me up and said that they are now offering me x lpa - 1 lpa . why ?? Coz my notice was 90 days...I mean was the recruiter not in his senses ..I had clearly mentioned about my notice prior .. Just so good at playing games and politics... The worst organization with no professionalism.. They don't know how to respect the interviewees . Just keep the interviewee waiting for the whole day..They conduct total 3 technical round and for that whole day you have to sit and wait and after wards they play all the bad , worthless politics... There are many opportunities in the market. Don't waste your precious time over this Worthless organization..
