Entretien
Application online followed by a phone interview then you are invited to an assessment day. Throughout the day you partake in various group tasks such as presentations, and some individual testing. Nothing too complicated, just make sure you are inputting well within the group. A large amount of people are sent home at lunch, with a selected few taking part in interviews in the afternoon.
Short listing and then directly 2 interviews (one technical and one HR).
There was no qualification test conducted.
Resume short listing was done based on grades and the overall projects

Have you been in a leadership role and how did you perform?
More personality based than technical. There were 2 interviewers of which one was from HR and the other worked there. The interview was very open where you would share more about yourself than the company would share about them.

I interviewed for Eaton on the campus recruitment process. First, students get shortlisted by their CGPAs.
The first round was resume shortlisting, and after that, there were 1 technical round and HR round.
