I received general questions about resume and behavioral based interviewing. The interview was held as a panel interview with the leadership team, and following that there were several individual interviews.

Poor feedback, you never know if the interview is "for real" or if they are only following the procedure, since most likely an internal candidate was already chosen... answer not clear and you only have some answer if you ask... I had to call back to know that I was not approved...
