First video call was an informal meet and greet. Next was a more formal interview with three different video calls with three different groups. Finally, the final call was to tell me that I didn't get the job.

Never heard back. Was disappointed with communication. Wish the recruiter who had reached out to me would have responded to my request for feedback or an update as it seemed positive.
