Panel questions with 5 staff level. Presentation of skills and job history. Specific examples requested based around leadership attributes. STAR (situation, task, action, results) response required. With specific example of experience you have been through. Minimum 5 different questions.

After a second screening interview when going through a recruiter (the first interview was with the recruiter, the second with internal HR), both the recruiter and I were promised further contact and then both of us were dropped cold, radio silence, even after we each reached out individually.

The screening interview with HR was more of a general experiential interview with general questions regarding past experience. There was very little specific about the position as it seemed that hiring was being done at the plant level, but screening was done at corporate (the interviewer from HR was from Pennsylvania).
Personal presentation then a panel Interview with multiple functions represented at the plant. Afterward I did a plant tour. It took most of the morning. Plenty of time for questions back to the panel.
