Entretien
HR called me and said your profile is shortlisted for this role and provided JD. after 2/3 days she again called me and schedule the interview and provide different JD again. There was one technical round. Two persons joined from Eaton, one is manager and other one is from technical person. they asked about previous experience and ambition. they said this is techno-functional role and you are overqualified so we cannot proceed ahead. as per their conversation I think they are not clear with requirements.

3) they said we work only on SQL but they asked question on linear regression.
as they not proceed ahead but I think they need candidate who will coordinate with different teams, stakeholders and basic knowledge of SQL.
I had 3 rounds of interviews - an HR screening call, an Interview with the Hiring Manager, and the final interview round was for 2 hrs with HR, my hiring manager, and 4 other managers.

Questions were around, Problem solving, teamwork, difficult task etc
the process is not difficult. you to be clear with the concept. they do not ask for difficult questions but they may ask tricky questions. SQL interview might not be that easy
Only Technical & Managerial round of interviews. Very important about the Technical stuff. Prepared with as mush as Technical knowledge. Also about your different king of experiance in the project during your tenuer.
