Had two consecutive 45 minute interviews with the Eaton team. The interviews themselves were pretty chill, mostly conversational and not technical really (although I expected it to be). Quite a few behavioral questions that expected you to call back upon your experiences/abilities.

Had a first interview on telephone, and then an online test. Then a final interview which had STAR questions and a technical section. The team was very friendly and the interview was great.
