There are 5 to 6 rounds. Most were conducted telephonically. The panel generally has gone through the Resume thoroughly. Questions are asked on how various situations were handled. They have a format which is based on Lominger tools-and based on the competencies they look for in the recruitee- the questions are framed in order to evaluate those competencies.
