Reference from a friend of an employee at Eaton. Had a 1 on 1 interview with the recruiter of Product Design at Eaton. Asked me several questions and pointed out requirements needed. Explained my projects and internships conducted during academic years.

The interview was comprised of 2 stages, first with the regional team and the second with the global team. Both interviews lasted for around 1 hour. Prior to the first interview, need to prepare a detailed file describing at least one past experience on designing electrical products.
