Entretien
Initial phone interview with a recruiter to discuss basic qualifications. This was followed by a phone interview with the hiring manager to discuss my background and details of the role. I was then brought on-site to meet the team and interview with the hiring manager and other members of the cross-functional leadership team.

Interview questions were all behavior based. Questions focused on "tell me about a time" so specific examples with thought process and alternatives considered were really important.
