Don't know why they have to waste someone else time. #VeryUnprofessional Although i answered all the technical question correctly during the phone screen and passed that round as per the interviewer. But he wanted someone with 4-5 years of senior level experience. (Job description of "Software Engineer" level position doesn't say that all). Can't they read resume or ask the candidate about how much experience do they have before moving to round 3 in the process Or can't they specify that in the job description.

Generic questions on software development and one coding question. Received an email one week later informing they are moving on with a local candidate.
