Very easy questions and down to earth team. No trick questions and just be yourself. My interview lasted about 30 and I got a call back within the next week.

Call and come in. Easy process basic questions. Dress nice and professional. Run down of tasks and start date. Trial run and training. That's about it. I don't have anything else to write glassdoor.

I applied online through Indeed and was called in for an interview about a month later. Their reasoning was that I applied in the winter and they wanted to hire people in spring closer to be ready for the summer since lots of college students who are employees are leaving during summer. I sat with two of the managers in PDQ. They asked me how many hours I wanted to work, what school I went to, my major, and what I wanted to do with my life after school. They also asked why I wanted to work at PDQ. The interview was less than ten minutes and I was hired immediately. I'm pretty sure they decide if they're going to hire you through their online application since you have to take a long personality test online. If you get called in for an interview, you're very likely to get the job. They also ask if you have a flexible schedule, because they're looking for people who can work whenever (but their scheduling is very flexible and you can swap shifts/request time off).
