I was in constant contact with the recruiter. I was getting updates on the process, I was kept in the loop, and I could always contact her when needed. Calls were scheduled at a convenient time and the whole process was basically stress-free. I didn't feel like I have to pretend during the interviews, I was just being myself and they appreciated it. Each subsequent stage of recruitment was agreed with me and I knew what to expect.
