      The entire process took 3 days. Before the Zoom interview, the recruiter asked me a long list of questions via text messages, which could be done by a simple phone call. The "BEST" part was the panel interview. The lead interviewer asked inappropriate questions regarding the interviewees' immigration status and made mean comments on it. I was really shocked by his rude behavior. In addition, the interviewer didn't hesitate to claim that the interviewees' resumes could be fake. What bold labeling! It is OK to be skeptical. You can definitely ask questions to figure out the truths instead of suggesting applicants were "liars". In conclusion, anyone who wants to be respected shall stay away from this company.

      1. Thank you for your reply, and sorry to make you feel this way. 2. Because of the impact of Covid, we will first have a preliminary understanding of the candidates. Especially for senior candidates, we will first have a questionary containing 10 questions before the interview, which can be completed in 10 minutes. Questionary involves values, career planning, and other content, to understand the candidate's information outside of the resume. It also expresses sufficient respect for the candidate. It is also our normal process for selecting candidates. 3. Regarding the immigration status of the candidates we asked in the interview, it is because at this stage we need to ensure that future employment is compliant and legal. We also did not comment on the immigration status of any candidates in our interview in August. 4. After our HR department investigated and reviewed the interview process, we determined that we did not say that your resume was fraudulent during the interview. Your comment on the fake resume of our candidate is distorted. Since we found that you have several freelances and part-time work experiences that are not related to your major, we have also asked a lot of questions about your future career planning direction, which may make you uncomfortable. We are sorry for that. However, we need to have a clear understanding of the candidate's future career plan to make a comprehensive assessment.
