Thank you for calling your experience to our attention. Although this feedback is not what we hope for and is not our intention, we appreciate the feedback so we can make immediate changes to improve our service to our candidates. As the manager of the Talent Acquisition team, my goal is to create the best candidate experience. We truly believe that Eastridge is a wonderful place to work and if a candidate is not selected for a role at this time, we want to keep in contact for future roles. To ensure we provide excellent service to all of our candidates going forward we have implemented a candidate exit survey which is sent to all of our candidates for our positions.
