I had a very fun interview process. They were all very nice and chill even when I was nervous. I appreciated how friendly they were even after a long and tiring week of career fairs.

Question 1
How have you implemented your technical skills you learned in the classroom?
J'ai postulé via un établissement d'enseignement supérieur ou universitaire. J'ai passé un entretien chez Eastman en sept. 2025
Entretien
I got an interview from on campus career fair for a full time role. The first round was behavioral questions that were highly specific in my opinion. The interviewer was very friendly though. STAR method was expected. I did not make it to the second (and final) round, but I was told that it is a virtual technical interview with a panel of engineers.

Question 1
They asked something along the lines of "explain a time when there were multiple theories and how did you go about finding the truth"
J'ai postulé via une autre source. J'ai passé un entretien chez Eastman (Kingsport, TN) en août 2020
Entretien
I interviewed with Eastman after taking part in a summer program with the company. Before the interview itself, I had to prepare a presentation (~5 min long) detailing some of my experiences, hobbies, and accomplishments.
The interview itself was a panel with 4 employees who were part of the hiring process. They were friendly, but the interview was intense. If I ever gave a general answer in the interview, they always asked me to be more specific or give an example, which was difficult to do with some of their more difficult questions.
I could tell that it didn't go great, as I struggled with some of the questions; I didn't have the best experiences to provide examples for. They said they would get back to me within 3 months regardless of their answer. I found out I didn't get the job by seeing others accepting their offers on LinkedIn. About a month after that, they finally sent me a rejection by email.
