It's a good job for someone starting off in social services. Have a flexible schedule is a must. I decided to not go for this job or any social service job because of the lack of pay and the requirement to be in a union to get decent pay these days. Government needs to pay employees better and give more funding to non profits. A lot of work and not enough pay for social service jobs these days. Overall, Easy Bay Innovations is an average social service non profit.
