I met with the hiring manager for the position I applied for on a Friday morning. She was punctual, energetic and positive. The interview began with general pleasantries and getting to know each other. When the topic of my past experience came up we went through my most rewarding and challenging aspects of my previous employers. The entire experience felt like a formal coffee chat.
