A generic email went through the final year students at the university. Basically asking if anyone is interested in the opportunity to relocate. The position was as a graduate geologist in the Coal Bed Methane industry. Sent a cover letter and CV the HR and within maybe 2 weeks had an interview with HR then a follow up interview with a hiring manager. Shortly after 2 weeks was offered the job. They sent out a contract, indicating employment, commencement and travel itinerary.
