Entretien
Interviewers had their camera off and their tone came off disinterested as they grilled you on Java specific questions. Be prepared to answer questions right off the bat while having no view of the people asking you questions.

Entretien
Introductory call with recruiter to get general background information and set up the remainder of the process.
First round hiring manager call is a 30 minute discussion about your skills, primarily related to those listed on the application, and some behavioral questions.
Second round is a panel interview with the hiring manager and a few staff, or higher, level engineers from the team. This is a deeper technical discussion regarding the skills listed on the job description, the focus is more on finding out what you know and how you think so don't be afraid to tell them you don't know the answer to a couple questions. This stage also included a coding challenge, it was more of a practical (find the bug) type challenge.
Final round is an onsite with a hiring manager, mainly behavioral, this interview is mainly to allow you to experience the office and commute first hand.

2 rounds after HR screening, the first is technical and the second is behavioral interview with the director of the department. The people are friendly. In the second round, they didn't ask me questions at all, seemed like they already had a made decision felt like a little waste of time. It was supposed to be a coding round and they just asked me 2 basic question about myself, felt like waste of time.
