Communication from the main office to schedule an interview to come in. This interview is one-on-one in person and then after this they schedule to come in for orientation. This process takes a few hours because its in a group setting and this is when documents are being processed as well. Also the background check will have to come out of your own pocket in order to be considered for employment but they reimburse you on your first check.
