After a phone interview (with no question) I was asked to come in for a formal interview where I was not asked one question. I was told they are looking for a specific candidate. I was dressed professionally with a suit and tie and have a professional appearance. Apparently they did not like what they read on my resume or other information because I did not receive a single question. If that is the case, they had my resume weeks in advance and could have simply not engaged me for an interview. Instead they had me take the time to come into the office, not ask me a question then notify me that they moved forward with another candidate.
