Interview process took about a month/1.5 months due to being a start-up, but during the interview I brought a portfolio with all my work, which helped me be successful. I have a unique resume that caught the attention of upper management, which encouraged them to create the position for me. I had an unique opportunity to take control of the interview and prove to them why they need a social media position.
