Three tiered process with interview with AVP and 2 VPs. Interview was very generic and concentrated more on my previous job role and statistical skills. Few basic case study- guesstimation etc to assess quantitative skills. Final round was to assess fitment with company values and check my career aspirations. Was asked about
Quite easy called by some third party, interview scheduled after 1-2 days,Interviewer was very nice and humble. Cooperative and understanding, after a day of interview got an email of documentation from the organisation

Entretien
There were 3 rounds 1 and 2 being the technical one. Third round be managerial. The question was more theoretical but they expect a practical answer. The team(managerial level )inside are from IIMs and IITs.

I appeared in three rounds : --> Technical Round 1 --> Technical Round 2 --> AVP Round Initially they told I have cleared the rounds but later on they said salary fitment is not possible. This is really weird . They should not conduct the interviews in the first place if they have to give this reply as salary expectations are already shared initially.
