In 2005 there was 2 rounds of interview one from HR and another from the VP Finace for me as i was selected for Internal Accounts.I got this oppurtunity from reference from one of my ex-coleage who was working in the projects and got selected.

Question 1
There were questions from the accounting side and from my experiance side based on my resume
1. Written test (the easiest one)
2. Typing speed test (the most important)
3. Interview ( average)
If we pass the typing test 80% is done. The interview was mainly on banking process which give importance to online banking.

interview took two days, first i have aptitude test which was basic question like trains,average,number problem. i passed first round the i had typing test to measure my typing speed mine was pretty good, the face to face interview with manager

1) HR will conduct a basic interview
HR would basically ask for self-introduction and brief about the previous experience if any.
2) Written Test.
Logical questions, accounting and Mathematical question would be asked.
3) Operations Round.
Mainly about process and accounting.
