The interview process took a whole day in EXL Noida. FIrst round was written test. After that had to wait for more than 3 years for 1st face to face which went well. Then again a wait for an hour for an interview with Senior manager which went very well. Last round was directors round which went well. Was told that the result will be out in a day or two. It's been over a month now havn't heard back. Atleast they could so little professionalism and provide with the feedback.

First the recruiter called then there was a telephonic round with one of the senior team member then the manager took the interview , She was a bit arrogant but there HR team is reallt helpful & team member was also a good guy , He helped me understand the questions
