      J'ai postulé via un recruteur. Le processus a pris 3 mois. J'ai passé un entretien chez EXL Service (Jaipur, Rajasthan) en juin 2016

      Entretien

      Round 1- Written Test (Reasoning, IT,QA)- Totally a time waste, Time duration was 1 hour but since Operational Managers were willing go home, all were asked to get it done in 15 mins by any mode as its just a formality & nobody will even check it. Round 2- Brief Interview with HR Executive. Round 3- Manager Round ( which was actually taken by an AVP- Anshul Paliwal) , went impressively good, looks for technical & clear visions of a person along with the accounting skills,(initially i was interviewed for Senior Analyst position , but eventually this man founds the potential in me & said in front of the whole Interviewing Team, statement was "This young man is competent & can be a big Asset for our Organisation, I'm arranging a next round of interview with our VP-Achit for Assistant Manager position." (A Big Thanks Sir) Round 4- With VP-Mr Achit, went good, asked more about the current roles & responsibilities and shared the expected roles & responsibilities from me. (went good as per his expressions & behavior). Round 5- The Reporting Manager (i guess), more of a precise of everything already asked. post all the rounds which took almost 8 hours, left for the day. in next 2 days, received a call from the HR Executive (Simon Methew), confirming the selection & asked the Minimum expected Remuneration (In Totally Non-negotiable manner). In Another 4 days, received a call again from him saying "you are selected & we need Salary slips & other supporting docs ." post which no further communication received . After couple of followups , finally searched for Simon & his supervisor from Linkedin & came to know that the HR Executive have resigned & all his work was in his emails not shared even in the hiring Team or the Portal which is used by the team. post couple of days, received another call asking for the Interviewers who took my interview (Got to be kidding me) Through my sources in the organisation, i fetched these details & than they said they will return post confirmation with the Interviewers. The best part was they said i'm in Phase 2 hiring just coz i'm asking for 10% increment. (Come'on) Next, they asked me to negotiate on designation/ Salary for which they asked me to have another round with Mr Achit. When i called on the scheduled date., their HR SPOC said the Interview should be cancelled as Mr Anshul Paliwal is not available & MR Achit only is involved in hiring of Senior Manager & above & he need to confirm once again. Then finally asked me to come over, Interviewed by Mr Achit (asked all the things which was asked before except Salary negotiation which was the core part). Post 2 days , i called the SPOC again & came to know , i'm rejected. IN SHORT, TOTALLY WASTE OF 3MONTHS & EFFORTS.
