Entretien
First contact with the Human Resources. They explained how the company works and how the group is organized. I was then sent a technical test, with around 4 exercises about logic and database use. Technical interview with a squad leader, who asked technical questions about PHP, MySQL and development strategies (design patterns, for example). Last step is an interview with the CTO.

Entretien
- I had a Skype call with the HR witch was fine, which was fine. Just general questions about myself.
- They sent me a tech test that I did in 1 week and they booked a new video call to discuss my skills and the tech test.
- The tech interview wasn't that good because the interviewer spent 1 hour asking me tech questions but he didn't go thought my tech test or asked to explain what I had done in the test, etc. So I spent 1 week doing the test for almost nothing.
- The next day I got a call from my headhunter saying that Exads decided to not go ahead with the process but they DIDN'T give us proper/detailed feedback.
How long would it take to write a simple email saying that I failed because of this or that? 5 minutes? Proper feedback is the minimum of any professional expects from a company after 2 weeks of interviews.
