Three google meet video interviews over the course of three weeks for one hour each. While the non-HR people were ok to work with, the HR personnel was purely 'old school hr' - "We're like a big family here" etc. And they wanted a personality tests taken.... They did not want to give a pay band range; after i told them what i was currently making they said "Oh theres no way we can get close to that" and that was that. Would have been nice to have the information up front.
