Primarily technical in nature. The interview started with a brief personal section where we talked about my strengths and weaknesses in a workplace, and what my goals are (the usual) and then moved on to 4 hours of technical questions. I made sure to ask, and was told this was unusual for an interview to take so long, but they "wanted to be sure whether or not I was a suitable candidate".
