There are four stage interview process first two stage are combined stage where Group discussion with 8 to 10 other candidates and MCQ based questions and third round is technical interview and stage 4 is HR.

i had interview at evosys ahmedabad it was walk in opportunity that I got know from LinkedIn. first there was a GD with10 people then there was MCQ test about accounting and finance and then 2 rounds of interview

They hire only fresher when somebody have experience.they will not consider such a lala type company and sometimes hiring manager is thinking he is god and he only know about everything candidate is fool.
