The interview process included 4 interviews. The first interview was with the hiring leader. You know the candidate is a fit or not after this round. Don't make them go through 2 additional interviews and waste their time and get their hopes up that things are looking in their favor. Do a panel interview with all of the decision makers at once. This makes more sense.
