The interview process was rather lengthy and all online. But don't let that scare you. After submitting my application, I was contacted by an intern from HR and had my first video chat with her. She was asking general questions about my education and what I would expect from the internship. Furthermore, I was able to ask her any questions I have. My second interview was with the Marketing manager and he was asking more specific questions about my values, as well as why I chose EVBox to apply. I was then asked to complete a case study, which in my case was concerning the industry of electric cars in Germany, since I was applying to be a marketing intern for the local DACH team. After finishing this case study, I had my final interview session with the country director of the DACH team, who reviewed my case study, asked me further questions about it and also explained more about the particular market and any mistakes I might have made or aspects I might have left out. After this I felt like I already had an idea of the company and some of the people I would work with.
