You’ll speak to a recruiter, then you’ll speak to someone from management that will give his opinion if you should get hired or not, then you’ll speak to a program manager and be asked basic questions

You submit an application through the company website (etta.org). They send you an email with more information. It includes a list of their job openings. You respond with the Job ID numbers that are a perfect fit for you. They then email / text / call you back to schedule an in-person interview. The process is simple, quick, easy, and welcoming.
