I had been recommended by a friend and former co-worker who was employed by ETS. I was interviewed (by phone) by the Director of the hiring department and two Senior Analysts. I was asked basically pertinent questions about my related work experience, my ability to work with non-technical people, and my willingness to take on high level responsibility.
