I applied through recruiter. I was first phone interviewed with recruiter then in second round I was phone interviewed by project manager. I was then informed that I am not offered month later because they needed someone with more experience and skills.

Applied online. Was contacted the next by a recruiter. Everything seemed to go well. Was told I would be scheduled for an interview with project lead. Waited a week, contacted recruiter again to follow, she said she was waiting for interview times to schedule me. She lied. Never heard from here again. Should have been honest, it felt very disrespectful.
