Everything mostly done online. After your background and drug testing completed, they will send you an email stating that you are hired. There are documents that must be completed online and uploaded and sent to them.

The interview process is done online. All paperwork needs to be uploaded. Once your references are complete and background check you have to wait for an acceptance email. Then you’re good to go.

Uploading resume, filling out questionnaire, and Zoom interview. The process was smooth, and ESS was responsive and timely. I was hired quickly. Everyone I spoke with during the hiring process was kind and communicated well.
