Pretty much as everyone said here. HR screening, then the same technical test (user microservice), and the next round was a discussion about the test. I answered all the questions, and yet I got rejected with reasons I disagree with. If you don't code exactly like them, it's going to be hard to get an offer.

Very long take home 8+ hours, feedback is looking for a very specific way of writing code. Very opinionated on their way of architecting code so if you do not fit that its a rejection.

Got a message from Edoardo Grassi through LinkedIn, after the initial screening call with him, was asked to do the interview task. Task wasn't hard, but HR mentioned that dev team expects not only basic test coverage, but a fully finished and polished service, so took about 3-4 evening. The next day after sending the task, got an email saying that they already hired another person and filled the position I was interviewing for, I replied that I don't really care about that specific team and asked them to still provide the feedback on my task. Didn't get anything back for two week 👀, after sending two follow-ups got told that they won't review the task as position is filled already.
Don't suggest going through their interview process.
