Initially submitted my CV, received acknowledgement, brief phone call and offered a face to face interview. During the phone call, nothing difficult, asks a bit of background about yourself and why you are looking to join Utiligroup.

I was referred to the job and went to an interview with two of the management team. In the interview, the management were really friendly and made me feel at ease. They seemed really interested about my experience and listened to my work achievements before asking questions. I felt they really enjoyed the culture and sold me how good the company ethics were.
