Met on campus where they gave an overview of their work and then had a interview in their offices. The in office interview was comprised of three separate interviews. The first two were with some of the company's vice presidents and the third was with two associates in the company. It was mostly a conversational interview.

Entretien
I spoke to ESD representatives at my school's engineering career fair, then applied to the position online. A few weeks later I had a phone interview with one of the vice presidents. The interview was very laid back and my interviewer was personable and friendly. I received an offer two weeks after the phone interview.
Met with ESD representatives on campus at a career fair and was offered a phone interview a few weeks later. The phone interview lasted about half an hour with one of the Senior VPs of the company. He was very nice and we had a lovely conversation. I received an unofficial offer by email about two weeks later.

Question 1
Mostly behavioral questions. Several concerning relevant experience and why you would want to work for them. No technical questions, but make sure you have basic knowledge of HVAC systems so that you don't get lost.
