J'ai postulé via un recruteur. Le processus a pris 3 mois. J'ai passé un entretien chez ERM en juin 2012
Entretien
The interview process was very lengthy, and confusing. The recruiter asked me to focus on one subject area, then the management feedback stated that I didn't focus on the right material. It was frustrating, but some of the folks are very nice. One of the things that disappointed me is that of the seven people that I thanked after the panel interview, not one of them replied. A "nice to meet you" would have been appreciated. It was just deafening silence. They also asked me to travel 2.5 hours away from my home to interview, then never offered to pay for my travel costs. It was a bit unprofessional. I am not saying that this is necessarily a bad company, but I had an unfortunate experience. However, I count myself as lucky that I didn't get mixed up with a company that conducts itself in that manner and I'm glad that I didn't need the job.
Questions d'entretien [2]
Question 1
I was asked if I would be willing to bring my existing contracts over to them if hired--contracts don't work that way.
They wanted "client references" on my application before an offer was made, and I wasn't willing to do that. I felt like they were mining me for leads.

Entretien
The recruiter was 15 mins late for our call and didn't know which role I was interviewing for. Dropped off the call abruptly and told me she'd call back and never did. Didn't respond to my email for over a week.
Questions d'entretien [1]
Question 1
basic questions - your experience a time you work with a client
Fair questions, about past experiences and why working at ERM would be relevant for my career. Also questioned about my willingness to reavel and if I have had experiences with audits before
Basic interview process similar to other consultant jobs. Overall took 2-3 weeks and their responses were quick. They seem most interested in competencies and not so much on technical experience.
