Very long process, but very helpful in me learning the company. I felt comfortable accepting the offer after knowing everyone. It was very much worth the difficult and long process.

Entretien
I was interviewed by HR then my potential boss and one other engineer. The questions were pretty standard and straight forward. I also go a tour of the plant. I had a second interview a week later and was offered the job the week after that. Unfortunately I accepted the position..
