Entretien
She called I went in for an interview. She was very down to earth and easy to talk to. I enjoyed the interview and found it fun to learn about the company. Afterwords, I had to do a background check through the internet and signs some forms about my offer for employment.

What I have done in the past? The questions were more she was looking at my personality to see if I would be a good fit for there company. They like upbeat people, who are easy to get along with.
Interview process went well. Met with recruiter after initial phone interview for an in person meeting. Followed up with a second interview before being offered a position. All in all it was a pleasure interviewing with them

Entretien
Great interviewing process. No curve balls, a little bit of roleplaying. You get the feeling that you're there for the interview because they're interested, not because they want to humiliate you like some other jobs. They asked me to come back for the second interview the same day, which I found refreshing.
