The interview process is quite long. After my third round got over, I waited for over 14 days to receive a feedback from the HR. After 14 days, I thought of mailing them to check on my candidature. I received a call exactly after 5 minutes of sending the mail, and got to know that although the feedback against my third round interview was great, they decided to go with a candidate who was immediately available. I was also asked to fill up a new candidature through a new email address and go through the whole cumbersome process again, if I still gad interest in their company.
