Uncertainty gave 1:30 hrs interview technical discussion twice answered all the questions related to Devops, SRE,AWS,Azure etc…. With excellence technical panel said he will arrange last discussion with CTO and looking forward to see me in the team. No calls or emails from past 1week when called the HR/Recruiter he said we have put your profile on hold since you have cleared all the rounds however your profile suitable for Lead Devops as per the technical discussions not for the Architect position…. I feel like wasted my time and it’s a new scam by so call service based companies.

I have done 3 technical interviews and the first 2 were around DevOps but the last interview by the VP was supposed to be a manager interview but he started being Technical and asking Aws Solution Architect questions.
I was speechless and confused.
What I applied for and what they were asking.
There is no process or clarity on what they want with candidates.
Crazy organization.
The VP was trying to show off his skills and asking non relevant questions for the position applied. Not sure where the minds work with such organization.
Who would want to work in a confused organization and confused people 😐
