J'ai postulé via un recruteur. Le processus a pris 2 semaines. J'ai passé un entretien chez EPAM Systems (Bogotá, Bogota) en janv. 2024
Entretien
They reached out to me through LinkedIn in January 2024.
First, there was a meeting with the recruiter, who asked basic questions (e.g., why do you want to change your current job? Why EPAM? Describe your background and salary expectations).
A week later, they scheduled a 1.5-hour meeting with a senior developer. Half of this meeting was focused on questions about OOP and Java, and the other part on coding.
After a month, the recruiter told me that I did pretty well, but another candidate who was ahead in the process got the job (so they left me "on hold" if another position appears).
